"I had the pleasure of attending Kimberley's training on Leadership Presence
through the Oracle Women's Leadership group in December 2011. This is the best training I've attended at Oracle so far. The principles shared in this training are beneficial and helpful to my role as a sales representative, as a wife and as a parent. I highly recommend Kimberley to individuals and organizations who want to strengthen their personal/corporate values and ensure their long-term success."

Why do we need genuine leaders?![]() As we all know, the demographics in the workplace are shifting dramatically. What’s coming soon to a city near you are workplaces that will be desperate for young, highly skilled workers. Unlikely as it sounds today, Canada is actually in the midst of an ongoing labour shortage. It’s a shortage that will have a substantial impact across wide sectors of the economy as we continue to pull out of the recession, and grow over the next few years. According to predictions from the Conference Board of Canada, Ontario may face a shortfall of 190,000 workers by 2020, while Quebec may be short 363,000 workers by 2030. The think tank predicts that British Columbia may be in need of 160,000 employees by 2015, while Alberta may have 332,000 unfilled positions by 2025." What this all means is that there will be a shortage of people who are qualified and available, to fill the jobs that will become available. Visionary organizations recognize this and are planning for that reality, today. They know that in order to attract and retain the best and the brightest people, they must create the kind of workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. In order to do so, we believe that companies must create a culture of genuine leaders - at every level of the organization. Their people and their top talent, will demand it. |
